Our Summer Place is a
large beautiful Cape Cod home, with an adjacent cottage, located at the ocean,
in the quiet, historical West End of Provincetown. This beautiful property with
only two rental units has been the home of the Murphy Family since 1956.In
addition to the comfort and privacy of your studio or cottage you can relax on
the property, or the Beautiful West End beach with a spectacular view
overlooking the first landing place of the Pilgrims.
The soft sand, gradual grade, and gentle waves of this
beautiful beach is the perfect and safe place to relax, swim, and enjoy one
of the most beautiful natural harbors in the world.
The Cottage, is a
two story structure with the comfortable living area and fully equipped
kitchen on the first floor. The bedroom is located on the second floor.
The living area
can has sleeping arrangements for two additional people.
If you wish,
bring your favorite DVD's and CD's along to enjoy on the flat screen
TV, radio, and sound system.

The Studio
The Family Cottage
Once the
art studio of Tod Lindemouth, this area of the home has been transformed
into a Studio with your private entrance and deck overlooking the beach and
Provincetown harbor. The living area accommodates two and is completed
with a Television, DVD player, CD player, and radio.

Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or
gas grill and enjoy them at your kitchen table or outside on your private
deck and entrance overlooking the beach, Provincetown harbor and the tip of
Cape Cod off in the distance. You even have an ice maker.
Of course there are many fine restaurants in town, with two
of the best, Sal's and the Red Inn, just a 5 minute stroll away.
